Work in progress

Some few fans emailed me how I'm doing. They were worried about me because I didn't update any news on my blog here since March. Thank you very much for your sweet concern. No worries, I'm pretty good and healthy. I know I'm way too busy in working on new pieces for the upcoming 2-person show. All pieces are *almost* done! This May month, I'm working on few clay pieces. For my very long clients / art collectors: I will start working on art commissions in the end month of June. I greatly thank you for waiting for me patiently.

Here are my work in progress photos.

Mall you are one of my favourite artists of all time!! I've watched you first on dA and then to your blog, and then followed your facebook. I always love the work you do, they're just so amazing! I never really comment that much because usually when I see your art I am at a loss for words. I just like to look and look and each time you look you see a new detail.

These are only works in progress, but they're already so pretty!

You inspire me to get better at painting, Mall! I hope I can learn to be as patient as you to paint such beautiful and detailed art!!

I just found your beautiful blog!
Are you using watercolor or acrylic?
I really like "watery" subtlety in your color as well as choise of subjects.
Really great stuff, phew!

@nicole: thank you my dear friend! sadly, I didn't plan to visit States for my show this time, boo. sad sad sad. but i'll definitely visit States in the future.

@anonymous: no worries about me, I'm still fine :) hihi!

@kay: thank you! :D :D :D

@khylov: aww you're right, but my tiger Shardul said to me that he's lazy in taking pic of me wearing a headphone with long extension cord, there's no may... oh wait, look.. shardul sleeps on your steaks there, tsk tsk. kekekekeke... @ v @

@judiie: awww I love your grey cat! makes me wanted to cuddle your pet. @ v @

@anna: thanks a lot! so happy that you enjoy my art, I really appreciate it! :)

@jade: thank you for following my updates! Yes, acrylics is sometimes hard. I give you a simple advice, try to use "watercolor" technique when you use acrylics, it would be good for smooth gradients... unless you need to paint it fast 'coz acrylics get dry easily... :)

@steph: awww, your words made me feel touched deeply, you made me happy-cry :) yes, patience is really important for your art life so you need to get used to it. I know you can do it! :)

@lea: I really appreciate it, I greatly thank you! :)

@marina: :D thank you!

@ania: thank you thank you, glad you love my art! <3

@patrick: thanks for enjoying my art, much appreciated! Hope all my works will be done soon so I'll ship them to gallery nucleus in june. I always use acrylic, that's my favorite medium. :) I discovered your art thru Gallery Nucleus last year, I really dig on your amazing style! :D
