The Art in Support of Busted

I got email from my friend Diana about Busted Foundation past few months ago. I was quite pleased to participate this charity show! I am donating my new original graphite drawing. Busted Foundation is about to help benefit women who are battling breast cancer... and to help women to pay bills & afford treatment.

When I looked at her left hand (holding her hair), it looks so mediocre. So I tried to fill "dramatic" tones on it. I love it, it looks much better. I think I finished it for one day.

Online Ebay auction starts October 1st at 12 noon. It will be a 10-day auction. 100% of Proceeds to the Cause. The pieces (original art / prints) will start rolling out on Ebay every 5 minutes over a 2 hour period. Opening all bids at $25. There will be a gallery show in Chinatown Los Angeles at Mirror Gallery. If you local to Los Angeles, California, you can stop by the auction preview reception at Mirror Gallery on October 1st between 7 - 11pm. This way the pieces will be available to bidders worldwide but lucky Los Angeleans will be able to see the work first-hand prior to bidding. Mirror Gallery is brand new and this will be their first event. More great artists have contributed prints & original art, look at the poster below.
